PA currently has a waiver for the Medicaid RAC requirement. PA issued a Request for Proposal in 2018 and received no interested bids from RAC venders. Since then, CMS has approved our waiver requests, with the current waiver due to expire in May 2023. We have submitted a waiver request to cover the time period of June 2023 – May 2025.…
