MOU with MFCU

Maryland is revising its MOU with the MFCU. I am interested in reviewing other State’s MOUs prior to making any changes. Anyone willing to share their MOU? Thanks!

The MD OIG currently has administrative authority subpoena power. The MD MFCU is seeking to expand the OIG statute to grant the MFCU administrative subpoena authority. Do any of your state MFCU’s have administrative subpoena authority or encountered this before?
